A private membership association (PMA) is an organization that operates privately and has membership-based access. By structuring ourselves as a PMA, we can achieve greater legal freedoms and reduce liability. We maintain a full PMA document that outlines our principles and guidelines.

Community One in Northern Arkansas periodically offers paid work opportunities. No construction experience is required—only a willingness to learn.
