Community Job Board
Below is a job board for our community’s paid work opportunities. Jobs move from Opportunity (not yet started) to In Progress, then to Review/Testing, and finally Completed once finished.
Instructions for Posting a New Job:
- Add a new row under the table headings.
- Place all job details under the appropriate column. For a new job, that’s usually the Opportunity column.
- Contact the person who needs the job completed and either accept their budgeted amount or submit a bid.
- As work begins, move the job’s details to the In Progress column and add the assigned person to the description, for example, “Bob: *.”
- When the work is completed and waiting for final sign-off, move it to Review/Testing.
- Once fully completed and approved, move it to the Completed column.
Required Fields for Each Job: - Job Title - Description - Type (Hourly or Bid) - Estimated Time to Complete - Pay Rate / Bid (e.g., “$20/hour” or “$200 total”) - Required Skills - Additional Notes and Due/Start Date - Contact Info
