We created a private neighborhood owned by the members of an LLC and managed according to the LLC Operating Agreement. Each member is allocated a piece of land according to their ownership percentage in the LLC. The LLC board is responsible for maintaining common property elements, while the LLC Operating Agreement specifies the rules and management procedures.
